Small bedroom: 2 persons, double bed

Ground floor – open space: Kitchen fully equipped in high standard: gas hob and electric oven, grill, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine

Dining area: large wooden table, 8 chairs,bench
Lounge area: sofa, armchairs and large flat screen TV

Wifi: Yes

Facilities: Toilet on the ground floor. Fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs

Heating: The whole house has gas central heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor.

Children: High chair, toys, 1. cot and 1. extra bed.

Heated storage room: For skis, boots and bikes

Outdoor space: Garden, outdoor grill on wood carbon, garden set.

Parking: TWO CARS CAN PARK NEXT TO THE COTTAGE OTHER CAR CAN PARK 100 METRES ON PARKING SPOTS

Smoking in the building: STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!

Water: There is no city water supply in our village, water is pumped from the well, it’s drunk and safe, it’s not chlorinated.
