    After submitting the enquiry form you will be informed if the cottage is available. When the reservation is made you will receive an invoice for 50% of your overall price as a deposit for your booking. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the receipt of the invoice.  By sending the booking form you agree to the cancellation terms set out below.

    Cancellation
    You have a right to withdraw from a contract or a reservation. If we manage to rent out the cottage to new clients a refund will be paid to you in full with no respect to the date of the cancellation.

    Otherwise you will be refunded as follows:

    61 days before the commencement of your stay – 100 % of the amount will be refunded
    30 – 60 days – 50% of the amount
    10-29 days – 25 % of the amount
    1-10 days – no refund

    Your refund will be paid to your back account within 15 days of the receipt of the cancellation.
